Pure Sleep is the brand name of a mouthpiece that is advertised as a cure for snoring.
It is not advertised as a treatment for sleep apnea (treatments for that disorder
cannot legally be sold over the counter), but reviews (and common sense) suggest
that it might be useful for this as well, at least in milder forms. It fits over
the lower teeth and pulls the lower jaw slightly forward, the idea being that this

it seems to be a similar product and sells for about the same price. Perhaps the
most interesting such device is called Snore Eliminator. It's available from Amazon
at less than half the price of Pure Sleep, but appears to be an identical product,
using the same hot-

Pure Sleep that uses sound to help induce sleep. This is a completely different product
from the Pure Sleep mouthpiece.
